She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton E. Smith and Dora Jane Smith (Harter); her spouse Donald William Hoffman; her son Ronnie Reimer; her stepson Ronnie Dean Hoffman; and her brothers, Danny Smith and Ted Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Reimer (Elena) and Curt Reimer (Diane); her stepson Dennis Hoffman (Gretchen) of Carlsbad, NM; her daughter Melody Jones of Lincolnville, IN; her stepdaughters, Marianne McElroy (Pete) of Fort Myers, FL and Sandra Hoffman-Bills (Michael) of Fort Myers, FL; her sister Beverly Ann Helfrich of Cheboygan, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Smith of Fort Wayne, IN and Dean Hoffman (Dee). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, fifty-two great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren.
