She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kratzer and Helen Kratzer Brown (Davenport); and her sister Judy Cole. She is survived by: her sons, David Van Buskirk (Rhonda) of Roann, Thomas Van Buskirk (Christina) of Fort Wayne and Peter "Chip" Van Buskirk (Robin) of Ash Fork, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jason Van Buskirk (Shannon) of Fort Wayne, Kristen Heckber of Roanoke, Alexandra McIlvenny (Emmett) of Wabash, Calvin Van Buskirk (Yen) of Seattle, Tanner Van Buskirk of Fort Wayne, Madison Tinkle (Austin), Matthew Van Buskirk and Megan Van Buskirk of Las Vegas; and her sister Nancy Campbell of Tipton, Indiana.. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are the Roann Stockdale Mill Foundation or the Wabash First United Methodist Church.
