She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Charles Bailey and Josephine Bailey (Price); her former husband John Prater; her husband Darwin Rose; her children, Charlotte Fetter and Johnny Prater; her siblings, Bill Bailey and Jackie Venosky; and her pet Maggie.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Pulley (Ralph) of Wabash, Indiana, Tim Prater (Barbara) of Wabash and Daniel Prater (Carolyn) of Wabash, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Sherry Prater of Wabash, Indiana; and her cousin Charles Lee Price (Phyllis) of Somerset, Indiana.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren.
