She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Leroy and Edith Pearl Drudge (Karns); and her son Ricky Joe Cox. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Cox of Warren and Jamie "J. C." Cox of Wabash; her grandchildren, Wayne Pence, Chasity Gunsolus (Adrian), Amy Aikman, Richard Cox and Michael Paul Cox; and her friend Barbara "Bobbie" Ray of Wabash. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
