She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ward and Elsie Ward (Fisher); and her brother Paul Ward. She is survived by: her brothers, Junior Hayslip of Columbus, Frank Hayslip of Wabash and Robert Ward (Charity) of Plymouth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
