He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Spicer and Frances Spicer (Baldwin). He is survived by: his former wife Violet "Darlene" Wood; his wife Darlene Spicer of Wabash; his children, Karen Hawkins (John) of Corpus Christi, Ronald H. Spicer (Joni) of Wabash, Edna Cooper of Virginia Beach, Kimberly Spicer of Wabash, Wilburn Spicer of Wabash and Robert Spicer of Wabash; and his siblings, Patsy Churney of Los Angeles, Sally Gallez (John) of Westville, Eleanor Smith (Dan) of Attica and Danny Spicer (Darlene) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson.
