Fife of Pikeville, Kentucky, Paul Fife of Pikeville, Kentucky, Francis Jean of Kentucky, Vivian of Kentucky and Delores of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Brandy Garrard, Sydney Fife and Dane Fife; his great grandchildren, Layne, Jordan and Cannon; his close friend Shirley McClain of Wabash; and his nephew Keith Lynn of Wabash.
