He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Turley and Macel Turley; and his brother Tom Turley. He is survived by: his children, Michael Turley of Fort Wayne, Robert Turley (Susie) of California, Jeffrey Turley of Richmond, Virginia, Kim Whitton (Charles) of LaFontaine, Teri Moon (Tony) of Richmond, Debra Turley of Tipton and Lori Paul (Eric) of Laramie, Wyoming. He is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren; Twenty-five great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
