He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Wade and Eva Wade (McGlennen); his wife Josie; and his brothers, Claude M. and Richard Wade.

He is survived by: his children, Angela B. Beauchamp (Michael), Todd R. Wade (Debbie) of Carmel and Julie M. Kinzer (Eric Jones) of Wabash; his grandchildren, Parker Beauchamp (Katie) of Wabash, IN, Chelsea B. Rediger (Ryan) of Fishers, Hayley Renbarger (Ty) of Wabash, Mark Wade (Emily Gavel) of Denver, Tim Wade (Blair) of Rockville, Michael Wade of Carmel, Taylor Kinzer (Samantha) of Phoenix, Derek Kinzer (Kayla) of Phoenix and Jordan Kinzer (Navy); and his great grandchildren, Henry Beauchamp, Cora Beauchamp, Neveah Rediger, Ruby Rediger, Beckett Shaw, Florence Renbarger, Walker Wade, Aurora Kinzer, Dawson Kinzer and Asher Kinzer.
