He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his children, Joseph Fierstos of Elwood, Indiana, Deborah Whitcraft (Charles) and Susan Townsend; and his siblings, James Fierstos of Somerset and Joan Colburn. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
