He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Leonard of Wabash; his daughter Amanda Fagan (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Patrick Robert Fagan of Zionsville and Abigael June Fagan of Zionsville; and his sisters, Linda Thompson (Larry) of Wabash and Jane Ann Hill of Missouri.
