He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Lee" and Edith "Pearl" Crispen (Day). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Crispen of Wabash; and his children, Jayne Arnett (Don) of Louisville, Craig Crispen (Audra) of Guntersville, Brenda Samuels (Greg) of Logansport, Elaina Ellinger (Greg) of Roann and Lee Crispen of Denver. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
