He is survived by: his wife Joan Kramer of Wabash; his children, Jeff Kramer (Mary) of Wabash, Jenny Hoover of Newburgh, Jody McCoart (Rollin) of Wabash and Jon Kramer (Susan) of Huntington; and his grandchildren, Chad McCoart of Wabash, Andrea Kaufman (Brad) of Oreana, Megan Pappas (Chris) of Fort Wayne, Katherine Wagoner (Ryan) of Erie, Doug Kramer (Brittany) of Muncie, Christopher Kramer (Allie) of Fort Wayne, Matthew Kramer of Huntington, Alexandra Roche (Frank) of Virginia Beach and Dane Hoover of Newburgh. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
