He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Sr. and Rhea Isabelle Kirby (Hileman); and his siblings, James W. Kirby, Joyce Hacker and Deloris Suddarth.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Kirby of Wabash, Indiana; his sons, Craig Kirby (Michelle) of Wabash and Corey Kirby of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his granddaughter Briana Kirby of Wabash, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Kendall of Wabash, Indiana, Paisley of Wabash, Indiana and Harper Joseph of Wabash, Indiana; his siblings, Julie Good (Phil) of Murfreesboro, Beverly Suddarth of Kokomo, Indiana and Merle Suddarth of Marion, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, John Hacker of Markle, Indiana and Diana Kirby.
