He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Ruthann Lower (Lamm). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Carter-Lower of Wabash; his children, Bryan Harper (Bobbi) of Elkins and Susan Hartman (Doug) of Franklin; his stepchildren, Annette Wright (Michael) of Wabash, Amy Eads (Andy) of Lagro, Angela Iden (Ryan) of New Haven, James Lower of Missouri and John Vajda of Arkansas; and his brother Steve Lower (Rose) of Wabash. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandsons.
