He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Joseph "Joe" and Beulah Cooper (Mangus); his son Keith Anthony Cooper; and his siblings, Edna Mae Guthrie, Carl Cooper and Charles Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Cooper; his children, Stephen Ray "Steve" Cooper (Kim) of Wabash, Mary Margaret Webb (Tim) of Wabash and Brian Keith Cooper of Wabash; his grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Webb of Fort Wayne, Kara Elaine Greyhaert (Jay) of Fort Wayne, Isaac Keith Cooper of Kalamazoo, Chloe Cooper of Wabash and Anniston Lea "Annie" Cooper of Wabash; his great grandchild Iris Juliette Greyhaert of Fort Wayne; and his sister Ellen Howard of New Boston, Ohio..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service (1241 Manchester Ave, Wabash, IN 46992). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the Friends Cemetery.
Preferred memorials are Southside Free Will Baptist Church or Leukemia Foundation, in memory of his son, Keith.
