He is survived by: his wife Beth Hayslett (Conner) of Wabash; his children, Brad Hayslett of Wabash, Shawn Hayslett (Kim) of Wabash, Rayann Dee Oxley (Aaron) of Phoenix, Chris Miller (Tammy) of Peru and Jackie Sargent (Joe) of Springville; and his brother Bruce Hayslett (Diane) of Wabash. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
