He was predeceased by: his parents, Shade Hill and Garnet Hill (Howard); his daughter Tammy Blackburn; his stepson Rusty Reiken; and his sister Glenda "Moe" Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hill of Wabash; his children, Joyce Hicks (Brian) of London, Cindy Miller (Glenn) of Wabash, John Hill (Valorie) of Wabash, James Hill (Stacy) of Macy and Rebecca Albro (James) of Waterloo, Iowa; his stepchildren, Angela Hall of Wabash and Timothy Reiken (Carla); his siblings, Dale Hill (Janet), Randy Hill (Brenda), Johnny Hill (Jean), Debra Spears (Paul), Dedra Williamson (Michael), Eleanor "Snook" Crum (Gary) and Phyllis Morgaridge (Harry); and his nephew Brent A. Hill of Kentucky. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
