She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Penix and Carol Penix; and her siblings, Donald Penix and Faye Penix. She is survived by: her sisters, Vicki Case of Wabash, Indiana, Barb Miller of Wabash, Indiana and Linda Penix of Wabash, Indiana. She is also survived by her mother, she is survived by four daughters.
