He is survived by: his wife Pauline Belle Tinkel; his children, Beverly Howard (Dave) of Swayzee, Kenneth Rapp (Angie) of Wabash, Gary Rapp (Kathleen) of Carmel, Daniel Rapp (Debbie) of Wabash, Douglas Rapp of LaFontaine and Mary Finicle (Tom) of Wabash; his grandchildren, Christopher Rapp (Megan) of Wabash, Lori Cates (Jason) of Swayzee, Stacy Litwin (Brian) of Longmont, Vicki Wren (Kenneth) of Nashville, Alecia Rapp of Marion, Amanda Rapp of Fishers, Heather Harnish (Brandon) of Bluffton, Erica Rapp of Carmel, Andrew Finicle of Kokomo and Jeffrey Finicle of Wabash; and his siblings, Ruth Summers and Charles Rapp of Wabash. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
