He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Jarrett of Wabash, Indiana; his children, Phillip E. Jackson (Laura) of Waynesburg, Patrick E. Jackson (Patricia) of Huntington, Indiana, Phyllis E. Wynk (John) of Marion and Polly E. Hite (Todd) of Greenwood, Indiana; and his sister Maryln Kerlin (Victor) of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to be directed to Purdue Cancer Research in care of McDonald Funeral Homes.
