She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas Ratliff and Gail Franklin Hamilton; and her sister Rhonda Ratliff. She is survived by: her sister Teresa Ratliff Brackett of River, Kentucky; her stepfather Steve Hamilton of Wabash, Indiana; her nieces, Deborah Brackett of River and Maggie Marlene Brackett (Bradley) of Somerset, Kentucky; her nephew Steven Lawrence Thomas Brackett of River, Kentucky; and her aunt Bertha Franklin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
