He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Roger and Mildred Woodward (Passwater). He is survived by: his wife Shirley L. Woodward of Wabash; and his sons, C. Steve Woodward (Janet) of Rochester, James A. Woodward (Debbie) of Beaver Dam and Scott M. Woodward of Charlotte. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
