She is survived by: her children, Randall Bolen (Eileen Hansen) of Portage, Indiana and Tamara Lundy (Greg Dyer) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandchildren, Amber Bolen (Mike Sier) of Avon, Rachael Stewart (Josh) of Plainfield and Christopher Dyer (Cortnie Wadsworth) of Plainfield, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Avrie, Ellie, Raygen, Jaxson and McKenna; and her sister Marilyn Prickett of Wabash, Indiana..
