He is survived by: his wife Beverly Urschel of Wabash; his children, Jeff Urschel of Wabash, Lindsay Urschel of Carmel and Lauren Hoffman (Darin) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Heidi Urschel of Wabash, Lincoln Hoffman of Huntington and Dani Hoffman of Huntington; his brothers, James L. Urschel (Kathy) of Wabash and Joe Bever (Darcie) of Lagro; and his stepfather Don Bever of Wabash.
