He is survived by: his wife Edna Louise Lawson Parson (Dials); his children, David Alan Parson of Andrews, Vickie Lynn Parson of Huntington, Sherrie Murphy (Jay) of LaFontaine and Jamie Parson (Amber) of Argos; his stepchildren, Amy Maples of Huntington and Scott Lawson, Sr. of Wabash; and his siblings, Joyce Emrick of Wabash and Tony Parson of North Manchester, Indiana.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
