We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023, at the age of 99, Mary Phyllis Shambaugh of Wabash, Indiana, born in Huntington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Kulb and Mary Kulb (Rouch); and her siblings, Don Kulb and Barbara Ottinger. She is survived by: her husband John Howard Shambaugh; her children, Barry Shambaugh of Virginia, Phillip Shambaugh of Indianapolis and Dorothy Hurst (Gary) of Fairmount; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Courtney Borelli (Vince), Aaron Hurst, Adam Hurst, Amber Flook (Chris), Raleigh Bledsoe (Luke), John Shambaugh (Emily) and Ashley Shambaugh; her brother Bayard Kulb (Sandy) of Arizona; and her brother-in-law Ken Ottinger of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
