She was predeceased by: her siblings, Donald Dale and Jeanette Showalter. She is survived by: her parents, Howard Dale and Arrie Dale (McClain); her spouse Richard Lauer; her children, Jerry Lauer (June) of Ortonville, Carol Schuler (Jim) of North Manchester, Joyce Closser of Pendleton and Richard Lauer, Jr. of Richland; and her nephew Randy Showalter (Diana) of Roann. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great great grandson.
