Carter; her children, Gary Carter (Patricia Pierce) of Glasgow, Mark Coon (Julie) of Wabash, Cindy Booth (Barry) of Wabash, Carol Carter of Wabash and Lynn Thompson (Darrell) of Wabash; her sister Judith Baucco (Vincent) of Wabash; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Lower (Richard) of Wabash and Joe Bill Carter (Sherry) of Fall Brook, California.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
