He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Lee and Elva Marie Richards (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Barbara G. Bartrum; his children, Marilyn Hoover (Jack) of Syracuse and Bret Richards (Nicki) of Bloomington, Illinois; his grandchildren, Michelle Hoover of Fort Wayne, Sara DeVore (John) of Antwerp and Ryan Richards of Fort Wayne; and his sister Gwendolyn McCallister (James) of Ruskin, Florida.. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
