He is survived by: his mother Sarah Massingale (Kelly) of Wabash; his granddaughter Giavanna; his children, Joe Blair of Indiana, Pamela Blair of Wabash and Kristie Hoogerhyde of Indiana; his grandchildren, Kelsie DeLong and Abby DeLong; and his siblings, Thelma Jessee of Wabash, Audrey Cox of Wabash, Patricia Akers of Wabash, Georgia Hutchison of Kentucky and Barry Blair of Wabash.
