She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee G. McNeeley and Wilma McNeeley (Hawley); her granddaughter Erin Wrisk; her daughter-in-law Valerie Cooper; and her siblings, Elizabeth McNeeley and Bill McNeeley.

She is survived by: her spouse Terry E. Cooper; and her children, Mark Cooper of Peru, Jeffery Cooper of Wabash, Robert "Scott" Cooper (Rhonda) of Claypool and April Dawn O'Neal (Dave) of Liberty Center. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
