She was predeceased by: her mother Alice K. Hashbarger (Fannin). She is survived by: her father Billy L. Hashbarger of Wabash, Indiana; her husband Bradley Harmon of Wabash, Indiana; her son Matthew Smith of LaFontaine, Indiana; and her brother Jeffrey Hashbarger (Valisa) of Wabash, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials are to be directed to the American Red Cross in care of McDonald Funeral Homes.
