She is survived by: her husband Robert Terrell Cook; and her children, John Robert "Bobby" Cook (Sue) of Indianapolis, William Michael Cook (Cathy) of Greeensburg, James Terrence Cook (Kathy) of Shelbyville, Richard Timothy Cook of San Diego, Priscilla Marie Lewis (Eric) of Mesa, Patrick Louis Cook of Nampa, Patricia Louise Grimm (Gary) of Wabash and Jill Ann Cook Woodward of Wabash. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
