He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Garrett and Angela Garrett; his son-in-law Vern Leland; and his great grandchild Adam McCarthy. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Markiton, Anita Leland and Chuck Garrett (Kathy); his grandchildren, Amelia, Ed McCarthy, Carla, Tracey Hughes, Sarah Markiton, Walt Garrett (Kenda), Jon Garrett (Jen), Thom Garrett (Emily), Paula and Rick Holmes; and his siblings, Betty Tilbury and Bob Garrett. He is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren; eighteen great-great grandchildren.
