He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Justice and Anna Justice (Johnson); and his siblings, William Justice and Pearl Kessinger. He is survived by : his wife Margery Schaeffer; his children, Jennifer Weaver (Bryan) of LaFontaine and Jon Swanson of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Elley Weaver of LaFontaine, Sawyer Weaver of LaFontaine, Austi Swanson of Warsaw and Alyssa Swanson of Warsaw; and his siblings, Sarah P. Cantrell (late Amos), Peggy Orr (late Jerry), Betty Jo McKillip (Ken), Mary Frasure (Jim), E. Ray Justice (Sharon), Robert Justice (Judy) and James Justice (Deborah).
