He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Houlihan and Grace E. Houlihan (Withers); and his brothers, Thomas E. Houlihan and Robert H. Houlihan. He is survived by: his nephews, Robert Houlihan (Melissa) of Wabash and Thomas Houlihan (Debra) of Peru, Indiana; his niece Susie Houlihan of Peru, Indiana; and his close friends, Chad Mosier (Jenny) of Illinois, Cortney Mosier of Illinois, Connie Green (James) of Illinois, Shelly Veach (Kelly) of Illinois, Isabella of Illinois, Addison Veach of Illinois and Alex Mosier of Illinois.
Preferred memorials are to be directed to Wabash County Cancer Society or the Wabash County Animal Shelter in care of McDonald Funeral Homes.
