He was predeceased by: his sister Louise Howard. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cassie House of Ashland City, Buster Hines (Coco) of Greenbrier, Tyler Krieg of Greenbrier and Kayla Krieg of Van Buren; his great grandchild Noah Hines of Greenbrier; and his sisters, Wanda Campbell (Joe) of Wabash and Diann Carson of Henderson. He is also survived by three children.
