He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howard and Doris Howard (Lands); and his sisters, Jennie Howard and Sonia Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Howard (Lori) of Vancouver, WA, Danny Howard (Janet) of Wabash, Carolyn Monce (Jeffery) of Wabash, IN, Kathy Weidner (Steven) of Wabash and Roger Howard (Amanda) of Waco, TX.
