He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Sr. Sparks and Mary Sparks (Conley); and his granddaughter Courtney Elaine Gray. He is survived by: his wife Eileen L. Sparks of Wabash; his children, Jennifer Chaplin (Bill) of Wabash, Cory Sparks of Hawaii and Mary Dale Gray (Todd) of Wabash; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Smith (Jason) of Andrews, Tyann Chaplin of Wabash and Brittany N. Ibarra (Juan) of San Angelo. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, and several brothers and sisters.
