She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Smith (Holly) of Peru, Linnett Ball (Jim), Wabash Smith, Lisa Smith and Fort Wayne; her niece Karen Madsen of California; and her grandchildren, Jason Vollmuth, Lorna Vollmuth, Michael Ziner (Nicole), Stephen Smith (Tarah), Gavin Ball (Charissa), Brooke Ball, Derek Hughes, Caty Slusser (Jake), Fort Wayne, Emma Winkelman and Jordan Smith (Brianne).
