She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hippensteel and Leatha Hippensteel (Wilcox); and her siblings, James Hippensteel and Barbara McDaniel. She is survived by: her husband Billy Lee Risher of Wabash; and her children, April Henderson of Frankfort, Amy Davenport of Shelby, Anne Tipple (LaMont) of Kendallville, Lee Risher (Pam) of Wabash, Stephanie Risher of Plymouth and Stacie Herr of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
