He is survived by: his parent James Millard Winkler; his spouse Yvonna "Kay" Young; his children, Tara Callahan-Smith of Wabash, James "Tony" Winkler of Hamilton and Steven Winkler (Tracy) of Virginia Beach; his mother Dealthia Haggard of Winchester, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Abigail Kay Smith of Wabash, Corey Winkler of Virginia Beach, Courtney Drommerhausen (Ben) of Newport News, Allison Winkler and Brittany Winkler; his siblings, Gary Winkler (Willard) of Winchester, Kentucky, Danny Winkler of Winchester, Kentucky, Fred Winkler of Winchester, Kentucky, Brenda Rice (Herman) of Winchester, Kentucky, Janet Harrison (Kelly) of Winchester, Kentucky, Tina Thompson (Michael) of Winchester, Kentucky and Sam Penxa of Garden City, Michigan; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Young (Dottie) of Trenton and Donnie Moore of Hamilton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
