He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perkins and Ruby Perkins (Ramey); and his son James Frank Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Alice Perkins of Wabash, Indiana; his daughters, Kim Oliver (Greg) of Huntington, Tina Humphrey (Scott) of Huntington and Amy Flack (James) of Wabash, Indiana; and his siblings, Roger Perkins (Ruby) of Madison, Georgia, Sheila Jennings (Kenneth) of Watkinsville, Georgia., Lisa Vanhoose of Watkinsville, Georgia. and Dorothy Ratliff (Bobby) of Watkinsville, Georgia.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
