He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Niccum; his children, Anthony Teague (Doug) of Indianapolis, Rebel Decker (Dallas) of Kokomo, Shane Teague of Wabash and Tracy Terhorst of Hawaii; his nephews, Zach Niccum (Katy) of Indianapolis and Austin Niccum of Indianapolis; and his sisters, Brenda Hinson of Hampton and Linda Fleming (Jerry) of Hickory. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
