He is survived by: his wife Robin Derck of LaFontaine; his children, Laci Haney (Rob) of Wabash, Tami Law of LaFontaine, Candi Kirk (Andy) of LaFontaine, Honi Harden (Clint) of Wabash and James Earl "Jed" Derck (Nicki) of LaFontaine; his siblings, Debbie Berry of Huntington and Robert Derck (Sue) of Wabash; and his sister-in-law Nikki McGinnis of LaFontaine. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
