It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Branson of Wabash, Indiana, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and Mary Branson (Farmer); his daughter Glenna Cox; and his siblings, Melvin Donald Branson, Jack Branson, Margaret Sue Branson and Billie Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Branson of Wabash; his granddaughter Crystal Lochard (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Ethan Lochard of LaFontaine and Emily Lochard of LaFontaine; and his sister-in-law Anna Branson of Wabash. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
