He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Barnes of Wabash; his children, Donald Barnes (Olinda) of Decatur and Sharon Middleton (Bill) of Wabash; his grandchildren, April Rentschler (Garrett) of Wabash, Adam Middleton (Kristina) of Andrews, Jacob Barnes of Alpena and Donis Barnes (Wesley Kretzschmar) of Auburn; his great grandchild James Middleton of Andrews; his brother George Barnes (Rosemary) of Wabash; and his brother-in-law William Walton of Goshen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
