He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Richards; his children, Shawn Paxton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Sabrina LaSpina (Matt) of Seymour, Indiana; his grandchildren, Michael LaSpina, Noah LaSpina and Madison LaSpina; and his siblings, Larry Paxton (JoAnna) of Huntington, Vicki Campbell of Wabash, Connie Enyeart of North Manchester and Phyllis Paxton of Andrews.
