He is survived by: his wife Betty Rayburn; his children, Jeffrey Whitmer of Wabash and Jacalyn "Susie" Yentes (James) of Miami County; his grandchildren, Natalie Gertiser (Ryan) of Noblesville, Adam Whitmer (Keri) of North Manchester, Jennifer Godwin (Benjamin) of Wabash and Isaac Yentes (Ashley) of Westfield; and his sister Donna K. Garwood (Carl) of LaPorte. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
